The Spindling Carnival was a traveling show owned and run by Marius Blaize. He was married to Magda Blaize who was later discovered to be Camile Sharpe the Night hag. Tempest was kidnapped by this carnival and forced to work it for years before she escaped and brought the party to break it up.
Caius: former Carnival worker who helped Tempest escape. Turned into an undead horror as punishment. Tempest had her elves reincarnate him as thanks for the assistance.
